The Next Day Delivery

For fresh and live seafood, availability depends on current stock levels. If your selected items are unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm replacements or adjustments to your order.

Minimum Order & Delivery Fees

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders above SGD 200.

  • Minimum Order: No minimum order required. However, we encourage customers to maximize orders to reach SGD 200 and enjoy free delivery.

  • Delivery Fees:

    • Orders between SGD 180 and SGD 199.99: Delivery fee of SGD 10 applies.
    • Orders below SGD 180: Delivery fee of SGD 25 applies.

Self Pick-Up & Shop Location

Currently, we do not accept walk-ins or self-pick-ups. All orders must be placed online, and our team will ensure your seafood is delivered right to your doorstep.

Reschedule & Cancellation

For any changes, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on rescheduling and cancellation options.

Delivery Time Slots

We offer three delivery time slots to suit your schedule:

  • 10 am - 1 pm
  • 1 pm - 4 pm
  • 4 pm - 7 pm

We recognize that many of our customers host events or dinners around evening hours. If you need delivery between 4 pm and 6 pm, we recommend placing orders early to secure this popular slot, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Each slot is capped at 10 orders, so please reach out via WhatsApp to check availability if needed.

Flexible Timing and Special Delivery Requests

We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests:

  • Flexible 1-Hour Window: For example, if you request delivery between 5 pm - 6 pm, we’ll strive to meet this window with minor flexibility for traffic conditions.
  • Exact 30-Minute Window: For deliveries within a specific 30-minute slot (e.g., 5 pm - 5:30 pm), a special delivery fee of SGD 25 applies. For locations such as Tuas, Sentosa, and Kranji, the fee is SGD 40.

Delivery Timeliness and Our Commitment

We work hard to ensure timely deliveries; however, slight delays (10-25 minutes) can occur due to traffic or high demand. In rare cases of a delay over 40 minutes, we will provide a full refund and still ensure your order is delivered.

Our Terms & Conditions for late delivery reflect our commitment to high standards. If we fall short, please contact us, and we will promptly address the issue.

Delivery Packaging

We take care to preserve the quality of your seafood during delivery:

  • Temperature-Controlled Packaging: All items are packed in Styrofoam Boxes to maintain the ideal temperature.
  • Additional Cooling Options: Should you need extra ice or boxes for drinks or other foods, you may request these during checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery Locations

Private Residences (Condominiums, HDBs, and landed properties):

  • Singapore Mainland
  • Sentosa Island

Chalets / Beaches / Villas / Camps:

  • Delivery Point: Delivery will be to the nearest car park.
  • BBQ Pit Drop-Off: For BBQ pit drop-offs involving longer walking distances, a $25 delivery assistance fee applies if the location exceeds a 3-5 minute walk.

Certain locations may incur extra delivery fees:

  • Kranji Sanctuary Resort
  • Neo Tiew / Sungei Buloh
  • Lim Chu Kang / Jurong Island / Tuas

If adjustments, such as a change in timing or an additional delivery fee between SGD 30-40, are necessary, we’ll contact you after your order.
