At Avant Seafood Market, we strive to offer the highest quality live and premium seafood. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness and maintain quality control. Please review the policies below for any refund or exchange requests.

  • Frozen Seafood
  • Premium Seafood (e.g., Seasonal or Limited Availability Items)

Live Seafood & Premium Seafood:

  • After order confirmation: Strictly no changes or refunds allowed due to the delicate nature of live seafood. Once the order is confirmed, it is processed immediately to ensure quality, and we cannot accept any alterations or cancellations.
  • Within 7 days of delivery: No changes to the order are permitted.

Frozen Seafood:

  • More than 14 days before delivery: Full refund available.
  • 7-14 days before delivery: No refund, but rescheduling is possible without additional charges.
  • Within 7 days of delivery: No refunds or rescheduling available.

Special Circumstances:
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. While our policy is strict for live seafood, we review such cases on a one-to-one basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request within reason.


Additional Information:

  • All products are carefully selected and handled to ensure they reach you in the best condition. In case of any issues with the quality of the delivered seafood, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request evidence (such as photos) and will work with you to find a resolution.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original method of payment.
