We’re not your typical cooking school. At Avant, it’s about good food, good vibes, and learning a bit while you enjoy your meal. This cooking class? It’s more like a hands-on makan session—part dine-in, part casual workshop.

You’ll be seated, maybe with a drink in hand, watching our chef show you how to handle seafood properly. Then we’ll guide you to try it yourself, prep a dish or two, and of course—eat it all right after. We’re keeping it chill, but informative.
