Packaging & Handling
All live seafood will be processed at our kitchen and handled by certified professionals to ensure freshness and quality. The seafood will be packed in a styrofoam box with sufficient ice to maintain optimal temperature throughout transportation. Meats and dumplings will be kept frozen, requiring only slight defrosting before cooking.
