Delivery Areas:
We deliver live and premium seafood across Singapore, including Singapore Mainland and Sentosa Island. Some remote areas may incur an additional delivery charge, including:

  • Sentosa
  • Kranji Sanctuary
  • Lim Chu Kang
  • Jurong Island
  • Parts of Tuas

We strive to keep delivery charges minimal and will reach out to you if adjustments are necessary, such as changes to delivery timing or location. Any applicable fees, typically ranging from $30 to $40, will be communicated to you before delivery.

Order Placement and Cutoff Times:
Please place your seafood orders at least 1 day in advance. For urgent or same-day orders, contact us directly at +65 8913 8811 or email us at info@seafoodmarket.com.sg to check availability.

Operating Days:
We offer delivery 7 days a week, ensuring that you can enjoy our fresh seafood at your convenience.

Missed or Incomplete Deliveries:
In the rare event that an item is missing from your order, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the missing item.

Late Delivery:
We understand that prompt delivery is crucial for fresh seafood orders. While we aim to be on time, there may be occasional delays. If our delivery is more than 40 minutes late, we will offer a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Delivery Process:
To ensure the highest quality, our seafood is delivered using our in-house drivers and cold trucks. In peak periods, we may engage third-party drivers to maintain timely delivery while ensuring our strict quality standards are met.

Packaging and Handling:
All seafood is carefully packaged in secure, temperature-controlled containers to maintain freshness throughout the delivery process. Our in-house cold trucks ensure your order arrives in optimal condition, from our market to your doorstep.

Tracking:
Currently, we do not offer order tracking, but rest assured, your seafood will be delivered within the selected delivery window.
