This is not our usual "buy, eat, and chit-chat" session. This is a structured, 1hour educational workshop designed to build your oyster knowledge from the ground up.

You'll be guided personally by one of our in-house oyster specialists—Zeena, Jeco, or Jason—who will share the deep knowledge gained from years of running top oyster bars. They will walk you, palate-first, through a curated flight of 12 live oysters, moving from mild and sweet to briny and complex.

  • How to Taste: Learn to appreciate an oyster beyond just "salty," identifying its brine, body, and finish.

  • The "Merroir": Understand why oysters taste different based on their origin, water, and farming method.
