Origin: Mareuil-sur-Aÿ & Bisseuil, France
Region: Vallée de la Marne, Champagne — vineyards close to the prestigious Clos des Goisses.
Winemaker: Antoine Bouvet — grandson of estate founder Guy Bouvet (1970); converted the domaine to organic and biodynamic farming, working almost entirely in oak on a small, hands-on scale.
