Region: Champagne — flint-rich (silex) soils around Barbonne-Fayel and Fontaine-Denis.
Winemaker: Dhondt-Grellet — founded in 1986; now run by Adrien Dhondt, voted Winemaker of the Year in 2017, who farms with horse-drawn ploughing and organic/biodynamic methods.
